We started in Auburn NY and it only makes sense that our Headquarters be here! Providing you the opportunity to meet face to face with the Kozy Team. Our Fleet of service vehicles and our Team meetings are held here. All shipments are received and any fabrication prior to onsite installation.
Our History
Where It Began (1962)
In 1962, “Jim's Heating” purchased “Holland Heating” and changed the name to “Holeand Heating”
Family Owned (1989)
In 1989, Michael “Kozy” Kozanitis took over Holeand Heating. With “Kozy’s” vision and a love for the industry, we became known as “Kozy Heating & Air Conditioning” from there on. Our Family has worked together building our business through our Integrity, Knowledge and Ability to complete the job right, the first time, everytime!
Our Community (60 Years)
With Family Roots, Children and Friends all over CNY, Kozy has participated, donated and supported the Community, Fundraisers and Youth Programming for decades. “We love what we do and it’s only right we give back to the same community that chooses us!” says “Kozy”
